All our prices are in Pounds Sterling and are inclusive of VAT at 20%.
All prices are as accurate as possible, and we make every effort to ensure their are no mistakes if however we find any inaccuracies on the site we reserve the right to amend these errors to the correct prices without prior warning or notice.
To place an order simply select the products you wish to purchase by clicking on the Add to Cart button, once this task has been completed you need to proceed to our secure checkout page.
We accept all of the following payment types...Paypal, Visa, Visa Electron, Solo, Maestro, MasterCard and Visa Delta.
On receipt of your order we will send you an automated email confirming your order number & summary of your order. If you do not receive this within 24 hours of placing your order please contact info@billandbetty.co.uk. Before emailing us please check your junk folder as some providers may have blocked our email entering your inbox – to avoid this happening again please mark our message as safe. At this time we ask that you check the details on this email and let us know if anything is incorrect so we can make the appropriate changes before your order is dispatched.
Please note our initial email confirmation simply acknowledges your order, at does not confirm or make it legally binding. This order will only be accepted once your payment has been processed, the stock allocated & your order has been dispatched. All orders are accepted at the owners discretion.
We have worked hard to ensure we have the appropriate stock levels to meet your demand however, sometimes an item does prove more popular than we anticipated. As a result some items on our site may be from time to time out of stock. We do not take orders on out of stock items however you can request to be emailed when an item that you are interested in comes back into stock. VERON
We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours (working hours, not including weekends). Standard 2-5 Day Delivery – Delivered using Royal Mail 2nd Class or UK courier service, depending on size and weight of the product. For our heavier products a signature will be required.
Priority 1-2 Day Delivery – Guaranteed Delivery within 1-2 working days. For an additional charge, we offer this service as an additional service to our UK Standard delivery . This service is available Mon-Fri, and there will be an additional charge due to weight and size. See product page for more details . A signature will be required.
If there is a concern about the delivery of your order, please contact us & we will track down your parcel. Please note we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by Royal Mail or any other of our designated courier companies.
A signature may be required with some of our shipping methods. Please therefore use a delivery address where someone will be available to sign for the parcel. We will aim to deliver anywhere in the world including the EU & to BFPO addresses – please contact us at info@billandbetty.co.uk so we can advise if we can deliver to you and give you an approx delivery lead-time at a competitive delivery quotation. We really hope you will be delighted with everything you buy from us, however if you are not happy with your purchase for any reason you can return it to us, unused and in its original packaging in accordance with our 7-day returns policy.
In the unlikely event that your order has been received faulty or damaged we will ask you to return the product & either a replacement item will be sent out free of charge or a full refund issued including any postage & packing costs incurred.
If you wish to return an order because you've changed your mind unfortunately we can not offer you a refund on the cost incurred for returning the order to us. We cannot be held responsible for any returns lost in transit so we ask that you please obtain proof of postage when returning your order to us.
Refunds can only be issued back to the original method of payment. We will endeavour to issue all refunds within 7 working days of receipt of the item. We will email you to confirm as soon as your refund has been issued.

You may not, except with our express written permission, distribute or commercially exploit the content. Nor may you transmit it or store it in any other website or other form of electronic retrieval system. Discounted standard delivery does not include the Channel Islands, Shetland Islands and Western Isles. Bill & Betty at home aim to have your order dispatched within 48 hours but, please allow 10 working days. Now and again popular products go out of stock, if you are interested in this item, contact us and we will advise if we are expecting new stock in. If an item becomes out of stock once you're order has been processed we will contact you and give you the option of a refund or the option to wait if we are expecting in a new delivery. All our parcels are despatched by Royal Mail's service. When we can we can deliver to anywhere in the world, however there will be an additional charge and we request that our international customers email us at info@billandbetty.co.uk to receive a delivery quotation. There are a few products that aren't covered in our Priority UK delivery service, these are due to their size, weight or value and posting out needs some extra love and attention, for these we can only dispatch using a courier service, this information and additional costs have been included in the product details. We do check all orders prior to despatch, however if you do receive an item that is faulty, don't panic, contact us by email at info@billandbetty.co.uk. This item will need to be returned to us in its original packaging with the invoice enclosed within 7 days. For faulty items only we will refund you the full cost of your product as well as the cost of returning your postage to us. If you receive your item and it is not what you want please telephone us for details on how to return it. A full refund of your order total will be given once the items are received back to us in their original packaging and in perfect order. However, if the item is as described and photographed and you have just changed your mind we will not be able to offer a refund of your return postage.
