Delivery and charges

YOU DECIDE ON YOUR DELIVERY TIME-SCALE & THE PRICE YOU PAY FOR YOUR ORDER.  

UK STANDARD 2-5 DAY DELIVERY ONLY £3.5095

Bill and Betty is pleased to announce that we offer a competitive standard 3-5 day delivery to all our UK customers for just £3.50.  Your order is posted out by 2nd class (less than 750g) or Hermes Courier Service (over 750g).   This timescale excludes British Made orders, please check with the relevant designers page for information on the timescale of your order.

We feel this is a really useful service that drives our passion to offer you real honest, value for money.  

Please note delivery time-scales do not include weekends or bank holidays.

PRIORITY 1-2 DAY DELIVERY FROM *£4.95 & £7.95

If you require a faster 'Priority' 1-2 day delivery service, we offer you this from £4.95, however there are exceptions.  The exception is when a product is too heavy or big for Royal Mail First Class and the product needs to be sent by a dedicated courier.  For these products e.g Large Candles, Large Photoframes etc then the price is increased to £7.95 per order, details are included on the relevant page.  For priority delivery of extra large items like our Clocks prices will change and details can be found on the relevant page.


Please note delivery time-scales do not include weekends or bank holidays.

Our British Made Gifts are all made to order to ensure each piece is unique and cannot be shipped out as a priority order, please see each designers page for delivery time-scales.  If you have included a British Made gift as part of your order this will be sent seperately and directly from each designer.

PRIORITY DELIVERY IS NOT AVAILABLE ON OUR BRITISH HANDMADE DESIGNER RANGE, AS ORDERS ARE MADE TO ORDER.

Please allow 10 - 14 days for delivery, especially during busy times, as these items are made and sent directly from Andy Driscolls workshop.

Please allow 14 days for delivery, especially during busy times, as these items are made and sent directly from Jacques Designs.

Please allow upto 14 days for delivery, especially during busy times, as these items are made and sent directly from Birdie_Blue.

- JUST BUNTING - BRITISH DESIGNER PRODUCTS
Please allow upto 10 days for delivery, especially during busy times, as these items are made and sent directly from Just Bunting.

WE DO DELIVER TO MAINLAND EUROPE (INCLUDING SOUTHERN IRELAND)

Due to customer demand, we are trialling offering a Royal Mail delivery service to our customers in mainland Europe.  Our new European delivery cost is £20 or any product(s) upto a maximum weight of 2kg and a maximum combined parcel size of 90cm.   There are exclusions to this service, any product that weighs over 2kg and is over the restriction size  will incur a higher delivery charge governed by the courier company.

IMPORTANT NOTICE TO OUR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE OF MAINLAND EUROPE
We do and will continue to ship to our customers abroad including the British Isles, America and Worldwide, however we will not quote one standard delivery fee, as the cost of delivery is determined by weight.  If you would like to order from us, please email us the items you would like to order, the quantity and your delivery address to info@billandbetty.co.uk for a delivery quotation.  We can then add the cost of the delivery once you place the order and prior to entering our payment system.

On receipt of your order:
We aim to despatch all orders within 48 hours (working hours, not including weekends or Bank Holiday), and we will advise you of when your order has been dispatched by an email order update.  From despatch please allow up to 10 working days.  All our standard delivery parcels are despatched using Royal Mail or a UK courier service.

Out of Stock
If one of our products is out of stock and you would like to see if we will be getting any additional stocks, please email us, stating which product you are interested in info@billandbetty.co.uk and we can advise you if we are are expecting a new stock supply.  If an item becomes out of stock once you're order has been processed we will contact you and give you the offer of a refund or the option to wait if we are expecting in a new delivery in soon.

OUR RETURNS POLICY
IMPORTANRETURNS
If you change your mind about a product we offer a no quibble return service, simply email us at info@billandbetty.co.uk, quoting your order number and the reason for returning your product and we will authorise your return.  Once you have authorisation from us, please return the product back to us, in it's original packaging, and with all the original documentation within 7 working days. On receipt of the product we will refund you the product cost, unfortunately we cannot refund you the cost of returning the product back to us.  This option is not available to our European Countries.


FAULTY PRODUCTS
We check all orders before we despatch them to you, however in the unfortunate circumstance that you receive an order that is faulty, don't panic, contact us at info@billandbetty.co.uk, quoting your order number and a small description of the fault with a supporting photograph.  Once you have authorisation from us, please return the faulty item back to us, in it's original packaging, and with all the original documentation within 7 working days.  For faulty items only we will refund you the full cost of your product, as well as the postage cost of returning the item back to us.   

OUR PACKAGING COMMITMENT
Where possible our aim is to reuse packaging, especially bubble wrap and boxes, this is used to protect your order through transit.  Boxes could be anything we've received here in the office to a cereal box that is the right size to protect your order.
